1963 Late December - The Dinner Dance

The first dinner & dance was held in December 1963 at The Sun Hotel in Chatham, which was attended by 60 members. The following year, the host was The Central Hotel in Featherby road. The sign of the Theatre’s remarkable endurance is their host venues for Dinner Dance’s have been long renovated and then demolished to make way for housing estates.

In recent years, annual Dinner Dance’s have been moved to decade milestones to celebrate the Society’s achievements. Along with recognition evenings to award productions and performances loved by our ever-growing audiences.
