What’s On

A note about booking fees

For the past few years, the society has absorbed the booking fees charged by TicketSource, meaning that we received only £9.09 from each member ticket and £10.91 from each non-member ticket sold.

Following a review of our ticketing arrangements and research into other theatre companies that use TicketSource, we found that the vast majority pass these booking fees on to customers rather than absorbing the cost themselves.

To help ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the society and enable us to continue investing in our productions, venue and equipment, TicketSource booking fees are now payable by customers at the time of purchase.

We appreciate that this change may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. We hope, however, that you will understand the reasons behind this decision and continue to support our productions.
