Tickets for all RaTS productions can be purchased online (when available) by credit/debit card by clicking on the “Buy Tickets” Button in the menu.

Tickets can be e-mailed to you (by default) or sent to your mobile phone.

Tickets must be shown at the theatre, together with proof of membership if you have purchased tickets at the preferential rate.

All tickets must be paid for when ordering.

Please note that bookings (both postal and telephone) are non-refundable unless we can re-sell the tickets. Please try to give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.

This telephone service is operated by TicketSource. Calls will be charged at a local rate (if not included in your contracted call allowance). Charges for calls made from mobiles may vary depending on your network operator.

This Box Office number is available between 9am - 7pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) and 9am - 5pm Saturdays. Between Halloween and Christmas, weekday availability will extend to 7:30pm.
Calls received outside of these hours will operate on an answerphone and call back basis.

Advance booking forms for the next production are available from the Theatre, or can be printed from this site (located in the footer).

Payment can be made by enclosing a cheque for the full amount (payable to 'Rainham Theatrical Society Ltd'), or by direct transfer to our bank account.

Please refer to the booking form for the closing date for postal applications.

If you require a receipt, please also enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your application.

On arrival at the Theatre, please check in with the box office on the night of the production.

Tickets can be booked in person at the Box Office on any performance night between 7:15 - 7:45pm (conditional on there being unallocated seats available).
