The Oasthouse Theatre is situated at the end of Stratford Lane (a cul-de-sac), just off Rainham High Street (the A2). The entrance to Stratford Lane is marked by the Town & Country car dealership on one side and the Super Grill takeaway on the other.
Stratford Lane can also be accessed (by pedestrians only) via the entrance between the John Weir Funeral Directorship and the PHC Homecare Service shop.

Following ongoing discussions, we are grateful to JCB Citroën (formerly Hidson's) car dealership for the continued permission to use their parking facilities. However, the following provisos apply:

1. The dealership must be closed for the day i.e. after 6pm
2. Parking is only permitted in clearly marked bays

If either of these provisos is infringed then this generous agreement will be terminated. If you cannot determine whether the intended parking space is a bay, then please use an alternative car park (see the following paragraphs).
Please note that availability of spaces varies depending on Sales and Servicing requirements.

Parking space is limited in Stratford Lane and, closer to the theatre, is restricted to residents of the adjacent flats (especially the paved parking area at the end of the oasthouse block). It is suggested that use of the lane is therefore limited to dropping off and collection of patrons only. There are public car parks available a short distance away:

1. The High Street, by the traffic lights, opposite the bottom of Mierscourt Road
2. Behind 'The Cricketers' public house, adjacent to St Margaret's Church
3. In Longley Road (off Station Road), behind Rainham Shopping Precinct

Some on-street parking may be found but the majority of local streets have parking restrictions or require residential permits.
