All tickets must be paid for before the event to help with catering requirements
Wine and Wisdom
The next Wine and Wisdom evening will be held on Saturday 14th October at 7:30pm for an 8pm start. It will be hosted by Beryl Lacey & Steve Berry.
Tickets cost £8 per person and this includes a hot supper (primarily sausage and chips, though alternatives are available at a small extra cost, and these must be ordered when booking your ticket). Each table of four will also receive a bottle of wine.
Tickets will be available from the bar soon.
German Oompah Night
A German-themed oompah themed evening will be held at the theatre on Saturday 9th December. Members and guests are invited to partake of traditional festive fare (meats, cheeses, Apfelstrudel) and associated activities.
There are limited group discounts available for West End shows at present which is the reason why there have not been any West End trips recently. Hopefully, a trip can be arranged in the autumn or Spring 2017.
If you are interested in future theatre trips then please register your interest with Dean Caston (either directly or via this link). Please note that it is important to register your interest because information for the trips and the short timescales required for reserving and paying for tickets often means that it is not possible to get the information to you via your newsletter or this website.
The Theatre is available to all members for hire for family parties and so on. The rates are very reasonable and depend on your requirements. For details, please contact our Secretary, Melody Harbour, either at the theatre or via this link.
Members (Full and Audience) are reminded that the theatre is for the enjoyment of all, whether you are involved in a production or not. Why not just pop along for a drink and chat. The theatre is open on Mondays for rehearsals of the Revellers and set-building, and every Tuesday and Thursday for production rehearsals. The bar is open from 19:45-21:45.
We are always interested to know your thoughts on what takes place in the theatre and what sort of plays or events you would like to see in the future.
