Important Notes
The auditorium at the Oasthouse Theatre is located on the first floor. A stair lift is available for patrons who need it but, apart from the hearing loop, there are no other facilities designed specifically for those with functional impairment.

Seat Booking
All tickets must be paid for when booking regardless of the method (online, telephone or postal).

Ticket Prices
The following prices will apply (unless otherwise notified) with effect from 1st January 2016.

Tickets for all RaTS productions can be purchased online (when available) by credit/debit card by clicking on the logo to the left.

Please note that a small booking fee (max. 10% per transaction) will be added to the total cost of tickets. For example, purchasing tickets worth £15 means you will charged £16.50.

Tickets can be e-mailed to you (by default) or sent to your mobile phone (25p per SMS). Tickets must be shown at the theatre, together with proof of membership if you have purchased tickets at the preferential rate.

Calls are charged at 5.5 pence per minute from a BT landline (charges for calls made from mobiles may vary).

The Box Office number is available between 2pm and 5pm, Mon-Fri only. Outside of these hours all calls will be directed to the Theatre ansaphone.

Note:
Tickets must be paid for when booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a performance will be charged at normal prices.

Postal Bookings

Advance booking forms for the next production are available from the Theatre, or can be printed (when available) from this site. Completed forms should be sent, with a cheque for the full amount (payable to 'Rainham Theatrical Society Ltd'), to:

Please refer to the booking form for the closing date for postal applications.

If you require a receipt, please also enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your application.

Tickets must be collected from the Box Office on arrival at the Theatre on the night of the production.

Personal Bookings

Tickets can be booked in person at the Box Office on any performance night between 7:15 - 7:45pm (conditional on there being unallocated seats available).

Payment Details

Payments made by credit or debit cards, can only be made if tickets are purchased online or by telephone.

Please note that bookings (both postal and telephone) are non-refundable unless we can re-sell the tickets. Please try to give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.
